The Fujikura Multiport Terminal (MPT) is an Outside Plant (OSP) fiber terminal designed for quick and easy connections for FTTx networks and 5G access, used together with Fujikura’s Hardened Optical Connectors (HOC). The sealed and rugged MPT is built for long term reliability and can be installed anywhere in the network – underground, on pedestals, poles or hung on aerial strands.
The MPT ports can carry multiple fiber connections and is available with HOC receptacle input or as pre-terminated stub with a variety of cable options.
