Optical Fiber Cleaver CT52 / CT58
A specialized version of the CT50 with Active Blade Management Technology and Bluetooth® connectivity features, the CT52 and CT58 offer a balance of convenience and speed for cleaving standard single mode fiber in specialized applications, specifically for shorter fiber cleave lengths and different fiber sizes:
- The CT52 allows for a reduced cleave lengths on typical 125 μm-clad diameter single-mode fiber, with coating diameter of up to 900 μm-jacketed fibers and cleave lengths as short as 3 mm.
- The CT58 cleaver is designed for cleaving silica fibers of approximately 80 μm diameter cladding, and is capable of reduced cleave lengths as short as 3mm.

The CT52 / CT58 fiber cleaver has user replaceable blades and rubber clamps, which provide users the option to perform their own blade and rubber clamp replacements if there is no other need to send the equipment to the service center.
2. EASY ACCESS & Longer Stripped Fibers
The CT52 / CT58 lid opens 100 degrees to offer easy access and can accommodate longer stripped fibers than previous models.
3. Single Action Operation
The CT52 / CT58 cleaves and collects the fiber scrap with a single press action.
